EHI Real EstateHigh-rise office tenant improvement including full demolition of walls and flooring, rebuild of office space with custom relites built on-site. Project took three weeks from start to finish. 1,300 SF addition.

Puget Sound Health PartnersDesign/Build 6,150 square feet of new office and building corridor from unfinished shell. All systems were design/build by Schafer Construction's team including: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Sprinkler, Fire Alarm. All new ceiling systems, doors, frames, cabinetry, walls, carpet, base, paint, glass. Air conditioned server room. Significant amount of cabinetry in work and lunchrooms. Worked closely with architect, developer and executives at Puget Sound Health Partners on their specifications for an on time on budget delivery.

Salon MatarazzoRetail tenant improvement of hair salon. Salon Matarazzo wanted an updated look. Schafer Construction worked closely with the owner and interior designer so that the results were to every detail of the interior designer's vision. Work was conducted on nights and weekends as the salon needed to remain open for business and clean during construction for salon clients.
