EHI Real Estate took over additional space adjacent to their offices on the 11th Floor of the Westlake Center in downtown Seattle.

Pre-Demolition: Schafer Construction had pre-construction meetings with the building management to ensure that the tenant improvement went smoothly and that the other tenants are not disrupted in any way.

Demolition: Demolish approximately 1,300 SF of office by hand including all partitions and demising wall that is adjacent to EHI‚’s current space.

Construction: Build new office demising wall, 1 new executive office, 1 new conference room. Paint the entire space per tenants spec. Build new red oak relites constructed on-site with double wide relites with silicone bead. Install doors and jambs. Stain to match existing woodwork. Relocate HVAC diffusers and air balance. Relocate sprinkler heads per code.
