Tenant Improvement Summary: The ownership of the Willows Business Center signed a lease with a new prospective tenant. The existing warehouse space was being used as a low-bay manufacturing with all light fixtures and 2 ‚ 4‚ electrical gutter runs with several coiled electrical drops at about 12‚ off the warehouse floor. There were also dual warehouse offices and a separate supervisor‚ office that were to be demolished and removed from the warehouse space. Schafer Construction painted the warehouse and scrubbed the floor. Schafer Construction was able to finish the work in 1 week 2 days.
