Design/Build 5,000 square feet of Farmer’s Insurance office from shell. Built conference rooms, server room, kitchen, reception areas, work rooms and private offices. Farmer’s Insurance had a third party construction auditor monitoring progress weekly, which Schafer Construction was happy to accommodate.
