The ownership of the building wanted to upgrade the common reception area with glass block as well as install glass block panels into the wall separating the reception and conference room. Also included were new server room doors, creating 2 new offices, carpet patching and installation of new carpeting in conference room. The conference room was to be a showpiece for all the tenants of the building to use.

Pre-Demolition: Schafer Construction had pre-construction meetings with the City of Bellevue so that the tenant improvement went smoothly

Demolition: Demolish reception wall and doorway entrances for new offices.

Construction: Build new wall separating office and conference room. Build walls separating newly created offices. Electrical and grid repair. Also insulate conference room ceiling from overhead plumbing that was making noise.
