Design/Build 6,150 square feet of new office and building corridor from unfinished shell. All systems were design/build by Schafer Construction’s team including: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Sprinkler, Fire Alarm. All new ceiling systems, doors, frames, cabinetry, walls, carpet, base, paint, glass. Air conditioned server room. Significant amount of cabinetry in work and lunchrooms. Worked closely with architect, developer and executives at Puget Sound Health Partners on their specifications for an on time on budget delivery.
